Look for labels that certify that your food is from a sustainable source, including fish that is certified by MSC or ASC or listed on the Seafood Watch app, a mobile guide for finding what seafood to buy and what to avoid; palm oil by RSPO; sugar by BONSUCRO, many tropically produced food by Rainforest Alliance, and organic certified fruits and vegetables by certifiers accredited by IFOAM.
